Guarantee

    • Guaranteed Delivery Terms:

      In the event that your order is damaged during the shipping process, we kindly ask you to provide the following information:

      • High-quality, detailed photos of the packaging.
      • A clear, readable photo of the recipient's contact details (the text in the photo must be legible).
      • A high-quality image showing all damaged products (in one image).
      • If the damage is a result of improper packaging, we will reship the products at no extra cost, provided a claim is submitted along with evidence of inadequate packaging.

      For suspected package seizures, please provide the following details to help resolve the situation:

      • A reshipment request can only be made after 42 days (6 weeks) from the date the order was shipped.
      • Please share the tracking number provided to you.
      • A new recipient name and address will be required for reshipment.
      • To date, there have been no reported cases of delivery seizures in these countries. However, if such an event occurs, we will take all necessary precautions and offer a guaranteed reshipment solution.

      In case of receiving the wrong product:
      If the wrong item is delivered, the correct product will be reshipped free of charge. The incorrect product must be returned in its SEALED condition (please contact us at [email protected] for instructions).

      Important Note on Address Guarantee:
      Please be aware that only complete, detailed addresses are eligible for the delivery guarantee. For instance, if an apartment number is missing from a multi-flat building, the guarantee will not apply. Likewise, delivery to pick-up points is not covered under this guarantee. Our guarantee only applies to personal and fully detailed addresses.
